Western Canada a Haven for Adventure-Seeking Boomers

kayaking and bungee jumping are vacation fodder exclusive to 20-year-olds, a growing number of baby
boomers would disagree with you.
These days, older adults are seeking out more exciting
vacation options than lolling around the pool or spending an afternoon leaning over the side of a
fishing boat. In an AARP survey, 55 percent of boomers consider themselves adventurous, and 77
percent consider their own travel experiences to be more adventurous than their
parents'.
